STCW 7/ Circular 17
Circular 17 regarding STCW implementation recently issued by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) including circulars emanating from the 89th Session of the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC)
This Circular includes advice for port State control officers on transitional arrangements leading up to the full implementation of the requirements of the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention and Code on 1 January 2017.
