Jacqueline is an experienced litigator with over 22 years handling a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice often with multi-jurisdictional issues with particular emphasis on shipping, carriage of goods and off-shore disputes. She is a skilled tactician with a firm grasp of commercial realities and brings a straightforward user-friendly approach to her work helping clients handle the dispute resolution process from beginning to end, including early dispute management and ADR.
