Color Line decided to proceed from a Letter of Intent to a firm contract with Ulstein on the constructionof the world’s largest plug-in hybrid vessel.The environmentally sound ship will be servicing Sandefjord – Strömstad from summer 2019. Ulstein won the contract in competition with several other yards.

ULSTEIN and SeaOwls have jointly launched a pioneering heavy-lift jack-up vessel design which aims to install the next generation 10-12 MW wind turbines in the same time frame as used today for installing 6-8 MW units.
