General Dynamics NASSCO shipbuilders have announced the delivery of the Constitution, an American Jones Act-qualified ECO Class tanker, to SEA-Vista LLC. The ship was delivered during a special signing ceremony at the company’s shipyard in San Diego.

Finland’s newest icebreaker Polaris, co-financed by the European Union’s TEN-T programme, is about to enter service. Operational readiness for icebreaking pursuant to a contract between Arctia and the Finnish Transport Agency (FTA) begins on Tuesday 1 November 2016.
