Singapore amendments relating to IOPP Certificate and ORB
The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued a circular reminding mariners that the Singapore Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Oil) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, giving effect to MEPC Resolutions 186(59) and 187(59), come into effect on 1 January 2011. Among other things, these amendments make changes to the IOPP Certificate and to the Oil Record Book (ORB).
