MPA Singapore Circular 23/2015 informs about all resolutions adopted and urges to prepare
MPA Singapore has issued circular to inform the shipping community of the resolutions adopted by MSC 95 (3 to 12 June 2015) and urges the shipping community to prepare for the implementation of the resolutions
Among the resolutions adopted by MSC 95 are the following:
- Resolution MSC.391(95) Adoption of the International Code of Safety for Ships using Gases or Other Low-Flashpoint Fuels (IGF Code)
- Resolution MSC.392(95) Adoption of amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended (Chapters II-1, II-2 and Appendix)
- Resolution MSC.393(95) Adoption of amendments to the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code
- Resolution MSC.394(95) Adoption of amendments to the Protocol of 1978 Relating to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974
- Resolution MSC.395(95) Adoption of amendments to the Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974
