With evolving restrictions on travel from the UK, P&O Cruises announced that it extends its current pause until the beginning of next year.
The company cancelled all Caribbean cruises until the end of January 2021, as well as all cruises from and to Southampton until February with the exception of Arcadia and Aurora, which have already been cancelled through to the end of their spring world cruises.
These further cancellations vary according to ship and itinerary. The company has also considered the complexity and length of itineraries, advice and guidance regarding ports of call and current air availability for fly-cruises.
P&O Cruises continue to work in partnership with public health agencies as well as Department for Transport, EU Healthy Gateways and Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the industry governing body, and hope to share details of its new approved health protocols shortly.
Whilst we are still working on the exact measures as the advice evolves, you can have the confidence that we will continue to have in place pre-booking and boarding health screening, the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the ships, as well as approved standards for the service of food and drink, entertainment and experiences on board and on shore
