Marshall Islands – Oil record book instructions
Marshall Islands have issued instructions regarding the latest amendments to MARPOL Annex I issued under IMO Resolution MEPC.187(59) have gone into force as of 1 January 2011.
They provide some guidance to crews about how to record the various operations in the Oil Record Book.
