Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA have announced that they finally received all the necessary approvals and have completed the merger between Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wallroll AB, including their jointly owned entities Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, EUKOR Car Carriers, American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier and their vessels.
The new entity, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and will start trading under the ticker WWL at the Oslo Stock Exchange 5 April 2017.

The new company will facilitate an improved growth path for the land-based logistics offer, where the company expect investments and development of new products and services, as well as a sound foundation for offering tomorrow’s deep-sea transportation services to global car and ro-ro manufacturers.
