Logistics solutions group WiseTech Global announced a strategic agreement with supply chain leader Bolloré Logistics to roll out its CargoWise One platform globally from May 2019. It will now be set up for Bolloré Logistics to use across its worldwide network, including Africa, a key market for Bolloré Logistics.
According to WiseTech Global, CargoWise One, is used from 130 countries.
It enables logistics service providers to execute complex transactions in areas such as freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, shipping, tracking, land transport, e-commerce, and cross-border compliance, thus allowing to manage their operations on one database across multiple users, functions, countries, languages, and currencies.

Bolloré Logistics has been a user of CargoWise One in Australia and New Zealand for many years to handle its freight forwarding and customs management operations.
CargoWise One The global roll-out will also support Bolloré Logistics’ new ‘ONE TMS’1 program, which is a unique IT tool for the company’s entire network, driven by strong and integrated processes.
The CargoWise One deployment is to commence in 2020, after an initial configuration phase.
