Highlighting the urgency of the coronavirus outbreak, the World Health Organization (WHO) increased its assessment of the risk of spread and impact of the virus to ‘very high’ at a global scale.
The latest report by WHO reveals that six new members have been added in the ‘infected countries’ including Armenia, Czechia, Dominican Republic, Luxembourg, Iceland, and Indonesia
Just outside China the infected new cases reached the 16,000 on March 2, according to the WHO Director-General who issued a media briefing, highlighting that containment of COVID-19 is feasible and must remain the top priority for all countries.

The latest updates on the confirmed infections showed that the coronavirus has cost the lives of 3,117 people, while confirmed cases exceed 90,000.
