A search and rescue mission is underway to salvage 11 crew members that have been missing since a vessel fire last week.
According to local news, the fire started on last Tuesday. However, the incident was discovered by the Indonesian rescuers on Friday after two other sailors who were saved by a ship, on Wednesday, arrived in Cilacap and reported the incident.
We deployed our personnel to the scene and conducted coordination with the rescue offices situated in the areas where the victims might be found

Reportedly, the fire started when all the sailors were asleep, and by the time they all awoke, it was already too big for them to put out. All of the sailors dove into the ocean, but only two of them were recued.
