China-based BWMS manufacturer Elite Marine has received a USCG Type Approval for their Seascape BWMS. The system shall be installed and operated in accordance with the Elite Marine Seascape Operation, Maintenance and Safety manual (OMSM) 21-3-2, Rev. 10, dated 7 October 2020.
This BWMS has not been verified to meet the requirements of 46 CFR Subchapter F and J and may not be installed on a US-flagged vessel. The BWMS is not intended for installation in hazardous locations on foreign flagged vessels.
This BWMS must be marked in accordance with 46 CFR 162.060-22.

Ltd., BAWAT A/S, NKBMS Co. Ltd, Techcross, Inc., Kuraray Co., Ltd. and oneTank, LLC have won the USCG type approval.
