Lt. Cmdr. Teresa Hatfield, the Coast Guard lead investigating officer for the collision, and Mr. Jon Furukawa, with the National Transportation Safety Board, provide their closing remarks for a hearing at the Galveston County Criminal Justice Center Thursday, June 5, 2014.
The hearing was held to hear testimony in regard to a collision in the Houston Ship Channel which resulted in approximately 168,000 gallons of fuel oil spilled.
