The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has issued a circular stating that the US has submitted its instrument of ratification for the Anti-Fouling Systems (AFS) Convention.
The AFS Convention AFS.1/Circ.49, which will come into effect for the United States on 21 November 2012, can be accessed here
