Enhancing schedule reliability and transit times in the West African market
United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) has launched two new West Africa services (WAF 2 and WAF3) enhancing schedule reliability and transit times to meet the growing demand and customer requirements in the West African market.
Mr. Lars Christiansen, Chief Trade Officer at UASC commented, “In addition to reduced transit times and enhanced schedule reliability, the new services are designed to improve connections between West Mediterranean and West Africa enabling our customers globally to avail of new opportunities. The new rotation of WAF services will be:
West Africa Container Service 2 (WAF2): Algeciras – Tangier – Cotonou – Lome – Algeciras
West Africa Container Service 3 (WAF3): Tangier – Algeciras – Abidjan – Algeciras
West Africa Container Service 1 (WAF1): Tangier – Algeciras – Apapa – Tincan – Tema – Tangier
