During March 2014
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) announced that twelve foreign flagged ships were under detention in UK ports during March 2014 after failing Port State Control (PSC) inspection.
During March, there were six new detentions of foreign flagged vessels in UK ports. Six vessels remained under detention from previous months. Five vessels were released during March. A total of seven vessels remain under detention at the end of March.
