According to International news, on 3rd September a Turkish container ship ran aground at Cape Ammoglossa, Kos island, Greece.
In particular, the cargo ship VENTO, laden with 426 containers, was en route from Aliaga to Ashdod, Israel.
As explained, it remains aground as of 0820 UTC September 4, no tugs around yet.
The ship ran onto sandy bar and understood hull is intact.
Furthermore, there are 21 Turkish nationals onboard.
Luckily, no injuries or water inflow have been reported.
