Equasis annual report 2012
The new Equasis annual report for 2012 provides a picture of the world’s merchant fleetusing data derived from the Equasis database.
The report looks at the make-up of the fleet as well as its performance.
The statistics are grouped into themes which could be of interest to industry and regulators, covering:
- the fleet population; classification societies;
- P&I clubs;
- Port StateControl;
- trade associations and vetting programmes.
EMSA’s Executive Director, Markku Mylly attended theEquasis Supervisory Committee meeting in June for thefirst time.
