IMO Sub-Committee on Human Element, Training and Watchkeeping Outcome

Session 2, from 2 to 6 February 2015, IMO Headquarters The IMO Sub-Committee on Human Element, Training and Watchkeeping held its 2nd Session (HTW2) from Monday 2 through Friday 6 February 2015 under the Chairmanship of Mr Bradley Groves (AUSTRALIA) and his Vice Chair, Mrs Mayte Medina (USA), both of whom were subsequently re-elected for 2016. The meeting was conducted by Chairman, Mr Christian Breinholt (DENMARK) and his Vice-Chair, Captain M Segar (SINGAPORE); both were re-elected for 2015 during the course of the meeting.
