Don’t be misled by the apparent accuracy of electronic navigation aids

Rolls-Royce, Iridium team up on autonomous ships connectivity

Rolls-Royce Marine and Iridium Communications signed a Letter of Intent, in support of their autonomous vessel development program. Under the LoI, the parties will work together to explore incorporating Iridium’s L-band satellite broadband service, Iridium Certus, into the RRM suite of Ship Intelligence solutions.

Bolivia joins International Mobile Satellite Organization
