Starting from May, the Port of Tallinn mandates that the cleaning and other procedures carried out on ships` hulls underwater surfaces can be conducted in their premises only when the residue is collected. 

Following the renewable energy purchase agreement of Port of Tallinn along with Eesti Energia, the port now consumes only green electricity produced in Estonia.

Tallink Grupp recently announced that its vessel Victoria 1 was successfully connected to shore power in Tallinn Old City Harbour for the first ever shore power charging in Estonia.
