The general cargo ship M/V “SKYLARK 1” was detained in Port of Kastelli Kissamou Crete, Greece, on 13 May 2020. This is the third detention in the Paris MoU region within the last 36 months.

Paris MoU denies access to vessel in port Midia, Romania

Paris MoU reports that it refused access to “Uranus II” vessel, as it was flying under the flag of Sierra Leone, which is black on the current Paris MoU WGB List. Specifically, the vessel was detained in port Midia, in Romania, on January 28, 2020.

Paris MoU reports the detention of the vessel, M/V Regga, on October 3, 2019, marking its third detention in the last 36 months; The vessel is not allowed to enter or anchor any port within the Paris MoU region after flying under the flag Comoros.
