On 23 November the offshore support vessel BRAVE TERN knocked a 25-ton mobile crane onto a small barge at the Navantia Shipyard in Spain.

Offshore workers were evacuated from a rig near Aberdeen following a collision with a supply vessel, according to reports.

"The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) was recently notified of an incident involving an offshore worker who fell through an open hatch cover on a platform, highlighting the importance of situational awareness and the need for offshore workers to continuously check their surroundings for potential hazards.

According to Reuters, a fire on an offshore platform operated by Mexico's national oil company Pemex resulted in the death of at least one contractor, with two others reported to be in critical condition.
