On 18 November, Maritime UK launched Version 6 of the Industry Code of Practice for Maritime Autonomous Ship Systems (MASS).

The Maritime Minister has welcomed the initiative, which will open up global dialogue on best practices and lessons learned from being women in maritime on either side of the world. 

The Maritime Skills Alliance is an association of organisations and employers, growing substantially since our creation in 2004 and now covering all of the ‘wet side’ of the industry in the UK.

Maritime UK is calling upon the sector to #BreaktheBias and commit to gender equality in 2022 and beyond.
