The Liberian Registry announced launch of a new platform for crews and/or managers of Liberian flagged vessels to anonymously report incidents of corrupt demands and practices experienced during port operations. In November 2018, the Liberian Administration became the first associate member of MACN.
Liberia has become the first vessel to be admitted to the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network as an associate member. Liberia has earned international respect for its dedication to flagging the world’s safest and most secure vessels.
