Singapore to initiate study on LNG bunkering for car carriers

To promote LNG bunkering in Asia, MPA and MLIT will helm a working group to conduct a feasibility study on LNG bunkering for car carriers plying between Japan and Singapore. The working group will include Japan’s big three shippers, K Line, NYK and MOL.

K Line enters oil and gas FPSO agreement offshore Ghana

K’ Line, Sumitomo Corporation, JGC Corporation, and Development Bank of Japan have agreed in principle to participate in the owning and chartering business for oil and gas floating production, storage and offloading run by the Malaysian offshore production services provider, Yinson Holdings Berhad and its group of companies.

Singapore, Japan cooperate on LNG bunkering

MPA Singapore signed agreement with the Ports and Harbours Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, for collaboration in ports sustainable development on the sidelines of the International Symposium on LNG Bunkering, in Yokohama.
