Intellian signed a strategic partnership in satellite communications with Hyundai Global Service, on July 15, aiming to expand HGS’ ‘Integrated Smart Ship’ solution. This is a digital ecosystem for vessel and fleet management, including a data analysis platform.
SM Line will use the freight monitoring technology to enhance service quality along its key Asia-US shipping route, thus becoming the first Korean container shipping company, monitoring the condition of items in a container in real time. Namely, they will be able to collect the temperature and humidity of the container and track it on shore in real time.
Intellian recently unveiled the dual-band, 3-axis s100HD WorldViewTM satellite TV system, featuring the company’s latest generation LNB technology. The new system is set to debut this week at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
Intellian Technologies and Inmarsat have announced a partnership aimed at accelerating the transition process for customers seeking connectivity via Inmarsat’s recently launched Fleet Xpress service.
Intellian Technologies has launched the v65, a 60cm class satellite communications system operating in Ku-band. The system will be on display this week at SMM.
