Mr Noé van Hulst, a former Chair of the IEA Governing Board, addressed the future development of hydrogen in the maritime industry. The world’s advanced economies will see a rise in their carbon dioxide emissions in 2018, overturning a five year-long decline, IEA reported. Namely, CO2 emissions in North America, the European Union and other advanced economies in Asia Pacific will rise by about 0.5% in 2018.
