Ro/Ro carriers allowed to use limited joint procurement authority

The FMC has announced the entry into force of the agreement which allows ro-ro vessels deployed in services covered by the WWL/EUKOR/ARC/Glovis Cooperative Working Agreement to engage in joint negotiation for procurement of tug services at all US ports beginning on January 23.
