ExxonMobil, Shell, CNOOC, and Guangdong Provincial Development & Reform Commission have signed an agreement to evaluate the potential for a carbon capture and storage project to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the Dayawan Petrochemical Industrial Park in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. 

ExxonMobil, an American multinational oil and gas corporation headquartered in Texas, examines the potential for carbon capture and storage (CCS) hub in Gippsland Basin, in order to reduce GHG emissions from multiple industries, opening more CCS opportunities in Australia.

Viridos signed a joint agreement with ExxonMobil with the intent to bring Viridos’ low-carbon intensity biofuels toward commercial levels.
