DMAIB published its report on Maersk Essen, which on 16 January 2021 lost approximately 250 containers while the ship was en route from Xiamen, China to Los Angeles, USA. The number of lost containers were later adjusted to 750.

The Danish Maritime Accident Investigation Board (DMAIB) published its report on the grounding of Beaumaiden just off the Baltic Sea island of Bornholm last year.

DMAIB issued an investigation report on an occupational incident onboard the general cargo ship HAV STREYM in November 2019. An AB was caught between a gantry and a guardrail and then fell, sustaining severe injuries.

On February 19, 2019, the Cypriot-flagged cargo ship Raba, sailing from Copenhagen to Szczecin, collided with the Danish-flagged 'World Bora', which was sailing towards “Viking” wind farm in the Exclusive Economic Zone. Therefore, the Danish Marine Accident Investigation Board issued an investigation report to determine the factors that caused the collision.

The Danish Maritime Accident Investigation Board (DMAIB) issued an investigation report on the fatality of a first mate onboard the dredger 'KARIN HØJ' while replacing a hydraulic hose on the ship’s propulsion system, in May 2019. 

DMAIB has issued an investigation report on the sinking of the small German motorboat RIGI, in Faxe Bay, Denmark, about 1 nm from shore. The investigation showed that the choice of boat, its equipment, its operation, and its manning influenced the events on the day of the accident. 

DMAIB released its report about an unintended release of a rescue boat on 6 December 2017, in Norway. The accident happened as an annual survey of the ship, "BERGENS-FJORD", was about to take place. As part of the survey, the crew had to lower the rescue boat to sea level according to the ship’s procedures.
