Mrs. Fant enjoys working at Wasaline, being responsible for the marketing of their new environmentally friendly passenger vessel, considering that environment is a key priority in B-to-C and B-to-B marketing.

Debra DiCianna, Senior Compliance Engineer, Choice Ballast Solutions, would like to see more women in the maritime landscape in decision making positions at IMO and with Administrations. 

Ashley Nicholson MBE, Marine Director, Port of Tyne, is excited to work in the port environment where she is witnessing a real change with respect to diversity issues. In addition, she would like to see a more significant step change in how we approach attracting skills to the industry.

Mrs. Jeanine Drummond, Managing Director and Principal Maritime Advisor at Integral Maritime, highlights the fundamental importance of ensuring psychological safety and a speak up culture onboard, so as to eliminate bullying, harassment, victimization and assault.
