All Aboard Alliance and TURTLE released a new report which sheds light on the critical barriers women face in maritime careers.

The All Aboard Alliance today announced the Diversity@Sea initiative, that will see 11 companies pilot a series of test measures to make life at sea more inclusive and attractive to all seafarers.

The All Aboard Alliance recently released its first-ever annual Insights report detailing the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of companies and organizations within the maritime industry.

Susanne Justesen, who is leading the All Aboard Alliance team in the Global Maritime Forum, highlights that although there is often a special focus on women’s challenges, many of these challenges also affect men at sea.

The Global Maritime Forum has released a report which shares the results from a study conducted by the All Aboard Alliance in the Diversity@Sea initiative, identifying the 15 'key pain points'  for women at sea following an analysis of interviews with 115 women seafarers serving onboard.

As of February 2022, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) is an official member of the All-Aboard Alliance, the Alliance for a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Maritime Industry.

The maritime industry needs to increasingly work together to retain existing talent, and not least of all, attract new talent. In order to achieve this, the All Aboard Alliance sets out to provide a strong platform for collaborative and ambitious action across the industry.

Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub is working with 11 cross-supply chain stakeholders to develop a fleet fuel transition strategy that can enable the establishment of a highly scalable Green Corridor Cluster. 

The Global Maritime Forum announced that industry leaders came together  in Zurich to launch the All Aboard Alliance with the aim to provide a platform for collaborative action to make the maritime industry more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
