SOLAS CH V Safety of Navigation
The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued a comprehensive circular reminding stakeholders that the implementation dates for mandatory carriage of the Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) will commence on a phased-in basis on 1 July 2012.
