Report on the grounding and subsequent foundering of fv Kerloch
The UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch released its investigation report on the grounding and subsequent foundering of fv Kerloch at Crew Rock, off Linney Head, Wales on 20 February 2010. The vessel ran aground on the Crow Rock and it began to sink rapidly. All the four crew members donned theis lifejackets, then deployed and got into the liferaft. They were recovered from their liferaft by another fishing vessel. Ther were no injuries and no pollution.
