From the beginning of 2018, the Sea Port of Saint Petersburg invested RUB 7.3 million as part of its social programme. Over RUB 3.8 million was paid as part of the Collective Agreement with financial compensations and assistance to the employees making the bulk of payments.
More than RUB 2.4 million was taken from the company’s special purpose fund. SP SPb compensated its employees and their families’ expenses for sport, leisure and recreational activities.

During 2018, 375 employees of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg could spend weekends with their families in the Mayak, a leisure center in the Kurortny district of Saint-Petersburg. The company also provided financial assistance to the veterans, active members of the port’s veterans organization and those celebrating anniversaries.
An additional RUB 800,000 was allocated for other social payments.
Social allocations for the personnel training are still among the Port’s priorities. In the reporting period, those allocations surpassed RUB 250,000 and 59 employees took part in professional development and competence expansion programmes.
