Armed pirates attacked another platform operated by Pemex, forcing the crew to help them cart off stolen goods before leaving the cite.
More specifically, 10 armed robbers boarded a platform at the Rebombeo pumping complex in the Bay of Campeche.

The attackers stayed onboard for about three hours, stealing tools, SCBAs and materials from the platform. None of the crew were injured.
A similar incident had taken place in late May, when armed pirates boarded an offshore vessel near an oil field off Tabasco, making off with thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
The pirates also fired shots into the air to force the seafarers to stay out of their way, leaving after about 45 minutes of looting.
