KPI OceanConnect has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pacific International Lines, and SGTraDex, to advance digital bunkering supply chain.
The primary objective of this collaboration is to promote the widespread adoption of electronic Bunker Delivery Notes (eBDNs) and streamline the bunkering ecosystem. The strategic partnership builds upon the recent milestone achieved in supporting Pacific International Lines (PIL) as the first shipping line to integrate Singapore Trade Data Exchange (SGTraDex) platform. PIL has completed more than 40 transactions through SGTraDex.
Launched in June 2022 as a public-private partnership, SGTraDex is a common data infrastructure that facilitates the sharing of data between supply chain ecosystem partners, streamlining information flows through a common data highway where data can be shared in a trusted, secure, and inclusive manner.
By working together, we aim to enhance the adoption of electronic Bunker Delivery Notes (eBDNs) and optimise the bunkering ecosystem, ensuring a smoother and more progressive experience for all our partners.
