Navigating the Human Element a textbook by Capt. Timothy Crowch has been launched.
The textbook is designed to serve two purposes: firstly, it may be used as a reference book for every officer when he/she feels the need for some help in the human elements and, secondly, it is designed as an accompanying text book to current BRM/MRM training programmes at all levels.
Navigating the Human Element provides crew with knowledge about the human element based upon updated knowledge, modern tools and techniques employed in the airline world and their Crew Resource Management.
Following 5 years of working with marine officers, Tim Crowch has adapted his knowledge and personal experience as a pilot and an airline safety expert to the marine world, providing officers with what they have been asking of him during his training activities.
