No crew or pirates sighted
EU Naval Force affirmed few days ago that the Motor Vessel MV Albedo, held by armed pirates in an anchorage near the Somali coast since November 2010, had sunk.
According to EU Naval Force, a warship and Maritime Patrol Aircraft search for survivors.
Throughout the aerial search, EU Naval Force Maritime Patrol Aircraft located two life boats on a Somali beach give or take 14 miles north of the position of the Albedo. No members of the MV Albedo team or pirates were located in or close to the lifeboats.
