The cargo ship H&S Wisdom remains aground in the Humber Estuary in the UK, after three unsuccessful attempts to refloat it.
The vessel became stuck on 2 March at 21:08 GMT near Brough. Despite efforts by Humber Rescue, the ship could not be refloated. They first attempted to free it on Sunday and made two more attempts on Monday with the assistance of tugboats, but all were unsuccessful.
According to reports, an upcoming tide in April is now regarded as a possible solution in order to refloat the vessel.
The ship, which departed Rotterdam on 1 Martch, was en route to Gunness Wharf Port near Scunthorpe when it ran aground. The H&S Wisdom is a general cargo ship built in 2004 and sailing under the Netherlands flag.
