Direct calls to US East Coast and Gulf Coast ports
As of May 2014, Maersk Line ismaking changes Transatlantic Service portfolio as a result of a discontinuation of shared services. The TA1 and TA5 services will no longer be offered by Maersk Line.

Maersk Line will now be operating a consolidated transatlantic service (TA2), offering reliable direct calls to US East Coast and Gulf Coast ports on Maersk Line operated vessels. The port rotation will be:
Rotterdam – Felixstowe – Bremerhaven – Newark – Norfolk – Charleston – Savannah – Houston – Mobile – Charleston – Norfolk – Newark – Rotterdam |
This enhanced service includes an added westbound call at Norfolk as well as added eastbound calls for Charleston and Newark.
The 1st westbound TA2 sailing will be the Maersk Missouri departing Rotterdam May 7th. The 1st eastbound TA2 sailing will be the Maersk Iowa departing Newark May 18th.
We will continue to serve Miami on the Victory Bridge service which is operated by CMA CGM. This weekly service includes calls at Le Havre, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven and will provide westbound coverage of Charleston and Miami and eastbound coverage of Miami and Savannah.
The 1st westbound sailing will be the Centaurus 831W departing Bremerhaven May 16th. The 1st eastbound sailing will be the HS Bach 824E departing Savannah May 14th.
