The Alliance aims to provide effective salvage emergency response in the region, and a more well-rounded emergency Response effort in a timely manner. It also aims to protect European seas by providing Emergency response in the Mediterranean and surrounding regions.

The partnership will combine their salvage expertise, emergency response and wreck removal operations, to include casualties of all types and sizes.
