The Free Trade Warehouse will bring equipment, transportation and handling facilities for a variety of industries, consisting of sectors such as electronics, pharmaceuticals and food processing, as well as manufacturers of cars and other vehicles
The above projects will enhance and elevate the port’s status among other ports globally. In the meantime, the country’s business capabilities will expand in the maritime trade.
Shri Sanjay Sethi, JNPT Chairman, noted that JNPT has been a key contributor to the overall economic growth of our country and has evolved itself to be amongst the top 30 container ports globally.
In addition, JNTP has always been committed to developing and being up-to-date.
The international maritime sector is evolving rapidly and the business demands are constantly changing and hence it is imperative that we also develop our capabilities to stay ahead in the competitive market.
