MOL Nordic Tankers (MOLNT) informed that a full integration process of the company into MOL Chemical Tankers (MOLCT) has began, and is expected to be completed within 2020. MOLCT acquired MOLNT in January 2019.
After the acquisition, MOLNT said that it sees this full integration as a natural step towards further developing our business to the benefit of our customers.

As a result, MOLNT has parted ways with CEO, Per Sylvester Jensen, and CFO, Henriette Schütze. In addition, with immediate effect, Tsuneo Watanabe, CEO of MOLCT, takes on the position as CEO of MOLNT as well, while Annette Hasenberg enters into the position as Executive Vice President, supported by a Management team of Commercial Senior Vice Presidents Howard Powers, Anders Hannested and Niels Mathiesen.
Moreover, MOLNT’s four office locations in Copenhagen, Stamford, Houston and Bogotá will remain and once full integrated, the headquarters will be in Singapore.
