National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence Enric Sala answers five questions regarding the critical state of Earth’s sea ice, and what it means for us. He urges for a dramatic reduce in our carbon emissions to help the issue of climate change. Therefore, he says, we need to move from a fossil fuel dominated society to a society where renewable energies prevail.
