A gas tank exploded at the Almaz shipbuilding plant in St. Petersburg, Russia. The explosion killed one person, while it injured nine others. The explosion occurred in a research vessel.

The explosion took place during a paintwork procedure in the ship’s basement, and its causes are not known yet.
