Cryo Shipping, Bergen-based bunker supplier, will develop infrastructure solutions to be able to supply fully renewable energy as a marine fuel, provided with a government’s grant.
On the first place, Cryo Shipbuilding emerged as an LNG supplier; Now, the company focuses on greener energy as biogas and hydrogen.
The company is collaborating with major stakeholders in the hydrogen sector, initially serving Norwegian shipowners who are taking early positions as consumers of fully renewable marine fuels.

Moreover, the company is developing hydrogen bunkering operations in Norway. Concerning hydrogen bunkering, the Port of Antwerp recently announced its plans to launch a a hydrogen bunkering station during 2019.
