I would like release my prostration. For the maritime institutions are worthless. This pandemic just showed how weightless this regulation are with regards to people. Most countries ports are open these countries receive cargoes from ship but why can’t they allow people working aboard ship to transit from these countries for crew change. Pandemic or not pilot, loading master, surveyor, chandler etc. they come aboard so why can’t we go home.

    Hello,
I have been waiting for the past six months for Angola to open borders for Indian seafarers. They arent issuing visas ever since. Gradually our jobs are being given away to other nationalities which is not a good practise.
